PwC have the best flexible working policy compared to other professional service and law firms – all my friends who work in other firms are very jealous!

PwC was at the top of my list because it’s always attractive to be at the top of your industry! PwC has a great reputation as an employer and I know a lot of friends who have enjoyed their experience at PwC and the awesome opportunities available here.

PwC have the best flexible working policy compared to other professional service and law firms – all my friends who work in other firms are very jealous! This shows we’re ahead of the game and really value our employees getting the most out of their lives; something which I also value. Other benefits include the great reputation that PwC has, their international presence and the fantastic people you get to work with.

I enjoy the changing nature of my work. Before I started at PwC I was told that I would get to work on a variety of different projects and for different clients, I can now say that was no lie. The types of jobs on my daily ‘to do list’ change often as I learn new skills and share my time between Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing plus I also get to do a bit of legal work.

There’s a real team culture here at PwC. We all support each other and there is never a shortage of people who want to share their knowledge or support you to solve a problem. We also enjoy celebrating each other and our successes.

I would tell a future Grad looking to join PwC to apply with an open and inquisitive mind. I’m sure you’ll do as much homework as you can before applying, but if you’re successful in getting a Grad or Summer Intern role you will find out more about what we do and who we are. The first-hand experience is greater than anything you’ll find on a website.
